No. Kinging Care provides business and marketing services only. We do not provide patient care and we don't hold a Texas HCSSA license.
What does "Found & Answered" mean?
Found: brand, website, Google Business Profile, local search, reviews, and referral kits. Answered: an after-hours AI front desk that takes the referral and alerts you.
How does the AI front desk handle callers?
It says it's an automated assistant, takes only the minimum referral details, gives no clinical advice, and tells callers with emergencies to hang up and call 911. Patient information is handled only through vendors that sign a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement.
What's in the $297 14-Day Pilot?
A visibility snapshot (what a case manager sees), an after-hours capture test, and a one-page plan. The $297 is credited toward setup if you start within 30 days.
How long does the build take?
14 days from a complete intake (about 45 minutes of your time). If we miss the date and the delay is on our side, your first month is free.
Do I own my website and logo?
Yes. Domain registered in your name, website files, logo source files, copy, and photos licensed to you.
Do you guarantee rankings or referrals?
No. We don't guarantee rankings, referral counts, or revenue. We guarantee the work, the timeline, and that you own it.
We're not licensed yet. Can we start?
Yes. Launch-Ready is $3,495 setup and $297/mo until you're licensed, then $697/mo with the front desk switched on.
What are the payment terms?
50% deposit to start, 50% at launch. Monthly billing starts at launch. First 3 months, then month-to-month with 30 days' notice.
Do you work outside Texas?
Yes. We serve agencies nationwide, private pay and Medicaid.
